Anthem Fit is where Faith meets Fitness! An Anthem Fit session includes a weekly group workout & devotion with tools, resources, and accountability to live a fit life. Resources include meal plans, weekly workout plans, devotional plans, & more!
Anthem Fit meets Saturday mornings at 8:30 am 3 different seasons throughout the year:
Spring (February - April)
Summer (June & July)
Fall (September - November)
WHO IS ANTHEM FIT FOR?
Anthem Fit is for anyone & everyone wanting to live a Fit Life! If you are a beginner looking to start your fitness journey or are already well on your way there, Anthem Fit is for you. During Anthem Fit sessions people are broken up into groups ranging from beginners to experts with coaches at each level to help you on your journey!
WHEN IS IT & WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE?
Anthem Fit meets Saturday mornings at 8:30a in-person & online or & is led by Menia Johnson & Christian Washington. Anthem Fits Spring session kicks off February 13th.
