Dear Anthem Family,

Just over four years ago, as we were preparing to hold our first service as Anthem Church, someone unexpectedly reached out to Taylor and me with a powerful message: “God is about to write the story of Anthem Church in such a way that no man can ever take credit for it.” Looking back now, we can see how true those words have been. From the very beginning, the journey of Anthem Church has been an “Only God” story.

 

Since our first service in March 2020, God has been at work, transforming lives in ways we could have never imagined. We’ve witnessed people surrender their lives to Jesus, publicly declare their faith through water baptism, grow deeper in their relationship with Christ through our Crews and Mosaic School of Ministry, and fully embrace our mission to lead people to know Christ and make Him known. Today, four years later, literally thousands of people from across Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana have become part of the Anthem Family.

 

As we enter our fifth year of ministry, we are excited to embark on a new faith journey together—The Beyond Initiative. Our prayer is to not only Build Beyond on our current property in Hammond, Indiana but also to Send Beyond by establishing a second Anthem location in Merrillville, Indiana. 

 

We believe that as we journey Beyond together, God will continue to write the story of Anthem Church in His unique and powerful way. Whether you’ve been part of the Anthem Family for a while or are new to it, we invite you to join us in this life-changing initiative. Every person, every prayer, and every contribution matters. Together, we trust that God will not only establish a larger home for us here in Hammond but also a new home in a new city, enabling us to continue leading many in our region to know Christ and make Him known.
